Victor C. did an awesome job of repairing our laptop. He couldn't get a joint hookup so he had to do a very ingenious process. He got us back on line and we are quite happy. Victor C. is a great asset to U S Tech Support.

Running slow but it's fine as I am not ready to purchase a new laptop.

Josh did a very professional job and advised me that my computer was just getting very old and if it was in my budget maybe I should consider replacing it and if I did they could transfer everything from this computer to a new one. I am very satisfied with USTechSupport. Josh did an excellent job.

Fernando got my HP Office Jet Pro 8600 to print and scan after 4 long months without it. He also told me I hit a symbol by mistake which disconnected it. He then did a total scan and cleaned up so my computer is running great again. A real pro!! Thank you-
