Everyone you speck with is a foreigner. Some are very hard to follow with their English. I finally go one Tech that was very good.

Edgar was very efficient, professional, yet friendly. Fixed all the problems in a reasonable amount of time.

Rep spoke very well. JODIE, the rep was verry patient with me, understood my issue and resolved it very quickly. I even extended my service contract with Jodie's help. After all was finished, i got a call back from the tech, Alvin, who made sure all was working ok.

Once you have a paying customer give them what they want. Having the salesperson on first is like going thru the gift shop before you see the museum.

I was called promptly. Fernando was able to determine that there are no problems with the way my computer is running.
