It was easy to reserve an unit. Trying to determine space required was difficult.

Needed place to store our sons college furniture over the summer and needed weekend access for the move-out. Was able to complete the contract at a local facility in Ohio for a place near to his college in Baltimore. Even though this was my first experience with self-storage, it couldn't have been easier. The employee I talked to in Baltimore handled all the details and all I had to do was show up at the local office in Ohio to finalize the deal. Great service! No need to look elsewhere because their prices are great too!
