Very expensive place to rent from, they have hidden cost and want you to pay insurance on your stored items.

Tina walked me through the process, showed me the storage unit with great directions and got me set up quickly. Really friendly and competent service!

I reserved a 5x5 unit and within 10 minutes the manager of the complex called, introduced herself, welcomed me and asked if I had any questions. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed! I’ve never rented a storage before, but she made it seem effortless. No hassle.

Customer Service was great

Was able to find and reserved proper size unit. However, there were no discounts offered. There was a unit available close by with the same storage company. The one I reserved was unconditioned with no discount. The other unit did have a discount. But, was conditioned.& this made it more expensive.

Best place ever very friendly and helpful. They went out if there way to help us since we just moved here from Texas
