I saw this online only offer for a unit at a reduced rate so I reserved it. Reservation was quick & easy. Someone called right away to offer a viewing which I did. The site was clean and new looking. The problem was that "rate" online was misleading. You are required to BUY their insurance weather you need it or not. Nowhere on the site did it say this. This is classic bait & switch. My last storage place just needed proof of homeowners/renters insurance.

The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, gave me good tips on moving/packing, storing, informed me of all aspects of the storage unit and was very pleasant to deal with.

I had no trouble finding the exact space I wanted and reserving it. I had to then change the date of taking the space, called and it was taken care of right then.
