I think there should be more specials or options for a person who has a sudden incident that needs a emergency stowage

Searching through storage unit prices online I came across one that stated it was a web special and with the first month free I thought that would be a good choice so I jumped on it. On the phone I was told that I still had to pay a $24 fee. I said that was fine. I went in to be told that it's an "either / or" and that I could only have the first month free if I were to pay the regular price and not the special that was advertised. So instead of Rate: $164.00 per month Special: Web Only Price Act Fast I was told that the price was $244 a month. Since I didn't have enough money this month to pay it, thinking the first month was free as advertised, I had to choose the $244 a month if I wanted it. I feel like it was a bait and switch and they most likely get a lot of people falling for it like me.

I had a horrible experience with my previous storage unit and coming to Extra Space Storage was relieving they were sweet they were nice I told her what my budget was and she works with it the best she could I was able to get in move-in afford it the unit is way better I love the gate hours all in all this is a good place to rent a storage unit from. I'm very happy with my switch!!!
