The ladies in the office are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I was on a time constraint, it took longer than I expected, but I did ask a lot of questions. My only complaint: there isnt a way to communicate with the staff at the entrance gate. I didn’t have my cellphone with me, so I was unable to call the office, and held up the people trying to enter whom already have access codes. So when you go down for the first time, make sure u have a phone to call the office. Facilities seem clean, love the spacious rows plenty of room to pull/push trolleys, and both of the lifts in my building worked wonderfully. Great price and good location.

They booked us a storage unit in a building that was not even finished no security gate no office no tentants. We were told to be there before 5 pm to sign the papers etc. we had a forty foot cargo container lucky for us the owner drove by and saw us. We explained what happened he was kind of mad at them for booking us something that wasn’t ready. He let us move our stuff in a finished side Bad customer service
