Misled at time of purchase
Very convenient, however a bit misleading. The monthly subscription is $8/month, but at checkout I was charged $96. I wasn't expecting that and honestly wouldn't have purchased if I had known it was to paid for a year upfront. I only plan to use this one time. On the Q&A a question is asked "What if I use this one time" and the answer said it was much cheaper with the monthly subscription and the customer can cancel at any time. Well, I was charged for the year upfront, so I guess I can't cancel at any time then...

Jennifer hi! Please allow me to explain the pricing in more detail here. The annual price is indeed always paid upfront and is for the users to save up to 80% as compared to monthly prices. In contrast, the monthly charge is paid throughout the year but it is somewhat higher. For example: the regular monthly price for the Premium plan is $59 but it is reduced to $15 if you pay the whole 12-months sum upfront. For the Basic plan, it is $39 monthly OR $8 per month if paid annually. Since you've downloaded a form already, we are unable to offer you a 100% refund, sorry. However, we can refund you for the "unused" period of the service. If this is something you would like to proceed with, please email [email protected]. Thank you!
