You were on time, and installation was fast. The young man that did the work. Did a very nice job!

Could not be more satisfied. I have never had a better tv picture and the hopper is AWESOME

i have been extremely dissatisfied with the Customer service with dish network. I either get someone who barely speaks English. I have been hung up on. I have been told different reasons why my money was not credited to my checking account was for one reason or another and the story was never the same. Yes I did finally get my money back but the whole ordeal was very very frustrating. I never asked for anything other than the money back from equipment I never took into possession. Now on a positive note the last lady I finally spoke to last was a very pleasant individual. She had great customer service. She never treated me as stupid by talking rude or by talking down to me. She was very professional. Overall I hope my experience improves compared to the first impression.

Everything is great except the fact that my second months bill is 80 instead of the agreed 60 and some change. Fix this and you will have a satisfied customer.

Took almost two hours to order it! Then they installed TV. Was told no order for internet?! So I called and they said no order. Then wanted me to go through ordering again ! Nope! So I cancle my internet!

Not only does dish have what cable does, it includes many more fun features. Just getting to know the remote is a blast. I now know more about the workings of of a satellite then I did about cable. Just getting to check connections is fun and I don't worry about breaking it. The installation was painless and the rep was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I keep thinking I may go with them for inept as well. Now Iwish I had more then one tv so I could have a Joey. Great move so glad I chose Dish. The only thing I wish they had was an adult channel for the gay lifestyle. Plenty of straight but no gay.
