I paid $150.59 for service and I had to cancel because the house I was moving into wasn't ready in time and they told me I only paid $110.59 so I lost $40.00. I was very mad I wasted my money. The issue isn't the money the games and lies this company played is the issue

I'm so happy that we switched to dish service the only thing they could improve on is their internet service they provide thru centurylink thank you for the quick install and being so courteous

I ordered DIsh and had to pay a $49.99 fee (charged to my credit card) to establish this account. DIsh could not provide the service due to obstructions. I was assured I would not be charged this fee if they couldn't connect it , but today I got my bill and there was a charge for $49.99. There is no phone number to call on my bill so I called Dish customer service who informed me it must be the retailer who signed me up that charged me this amount. There was no retailer, I went directly thru them. I am disputing the charge with credit card company but I am appalled at how they do business

Taking many days to get the Internet hooked up. Dish guy has seemed pushy to have me leave a key so he can get into the house while I'm not there. I think he forgot the last appt to get theb internet up and running on purpose to try to have me leave a key somewhere so he could again get in without me being there. Internet is supposed to be done tomorrow after a week and a half after the television was hooked up.

Great service! Our install was scheduled the very next day after we signed up. We've had 0 issues... Thanks so much Dish!

I came from directv to dish and have a few complaints. I'm not sure if it's because I was with directv for so long but the user interface and the for functions are a lot less user friendly. Also I am currently watching the game of thrones series on HBO demand and dislike the process of having to go back to the on demand area pick out the series pick the episode and wait for it to download. Surely there is a better way to streamline this process.
