A card service should give his customers peace of mind, not leave them wondering when they'll will be able to access there funds. Since moving to AIM HUB... I've appreciated how straightforward the system has been , with clear information and good support .

Hello on September 5th 2025 I called at 1207 p.m to set up a SSI card for my son. I was on hold for over an hours I talked with two people. I talked with a woman that changed her name from Melanie to Marie in a matter of moments. Which isnt suspicious at all? Yeah right! Then I called on September 10th and I found out they they didn't even update my information or send a card out like they said they did last time. I was stuck on the phone even longer at an hour and a half and I didn't finish my business at all. So far it's not good. So because of them my check will be probably delayed to come on time! Also I wouldn't be surprised if I was scammed by these people! Use caution!!

For the last 3 months 300 dollars have been missing from my account

I use my cashapp card for online purchases only have an issue with my direct express card linking to my cashapp card account. That's why no body can see my direct express card information. I having issues loading my cashapp card with my direct expree card.

Charging $30.00 and it took over a week to get my card. USER BEWARE

Two weeks later and direct express is still refusing to chargeback a merchant For merchandise I never received. Direct express has done nothing to assist me even after I provided all the proof they asked for. Very disappointed with direct express
