You can Never go to your own app. And, if you forgot your pin #, well good luck because you can enter the right information until your fingers are numb and then you have to call them. Good luck there also. Takes 1 hour to report a fraudulent amount someone else did and if and when you do get them I will have several discrepancies on my paper statement and they just say have a nice day and hang up. I want another bank account. Good bye Comerica or Wells Fargo...

Be careful people it's hard to believe a company that's so reckless and foolish would be working for our government. These douches sent a new card because old one went bad. The first two cards have been delivered to another address, direct express won't give you a tracking number and everything it happens they just issue and send a new one can't complain to ups without a tracking number and direct express dontbcare oh well we will just send a new one today the third card is set to be delivered to someone else man while we can't access any of the funds and have just been going without thank goodness for food banks these guys don't care even alittle about you beware these pieces of crap

My daughter had fraudulent charges on her card which we wrote and called about several times. After 4 hours of being on hold and requesting these charges be refunded, we were sent a letter stating they could not find proof. No documentation whatsoever!! Very disappointed in this company, especially considering their customers have disabilities.

Direct express blocked mi tarjeta donde yo resivo mi retired para pagar mi renta y comprar comida para verificar mi id y llevo 3 dias y no responden el telefono y hoy todavia no e podido cobrar mi dinero por el mal trabajo a los viejitos de direct express por culpa de ellos puedo ir a la calle hoy. Hoy Domingo todavia no tengo activa mi targeta y customer services no responde no tengo nada de comer ni e pagado mi renta por culpa de direct express Mirta sardinas.

I've been trying relentlessly to get them through any means I could find they keep rerouting back to the number on the back of the card and they never do anything but place me on hold. This has been happening since April 23rd. Once I did get a lady only to say hold please and never returned. I hold on until the phone call hangs up. My problem with my card is it shows inactive and said to call customer service. Ive tried Comerica Bank that it uses. So, if anyone has a suggestion please help me with it. Thanks

It is the first of the month and literally everything is due! There’s no way this should be happening I need my SSI money I cannot get through to any representative I’ve been hung up on over 4 times each time I make it to the two hour waiting window I get disconnected. Ive been calling since 8am I’ve even tried online, the app, and all the other number options to see if I could at least get with any other department and you mean to tell me no one is answering and the card is locked and the Internet is suggesting that this is an international issue I need an incentive or I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere after this dire inconvenience

This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. You can’t verify your information, you can’t reach anyone. I’ve been on hold for 3 damn hours still ain’t get anywhere. This really needs to be addressed asap cause it’s straight trash 🗑️

My boyfriend reported fraud on his card after missing money for several. months. They sent him a new card pretty quickly but when it arrived they wouldn't activate it until he sent in I'd. We had to call 3 times and he had to literally scream at them to activate it. We were successful In getting it activated. Just some advice for everyone. Stick up for yourself. Don't use this card.
