Hi Kathi, Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. We pride ourselves on customer service and delivering a great product so it is important to receive feedback so we can look into processes and make improvements where necessary. We have been using FedEx for around 10 years now and very rarely we see any damaged packages We will look into the packaging used for this shipment and ensure our supplier uses more sturdy boxes and plastic wrap for future orders to ensure this does not happen again. I would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and I do hope this does not effect any future orders you would want to place to with us. Please let me know if any drives are missing or damaged and I will have them replaced right away. Kindest Regards, Rosie Richards
