The process to upload pictures and fill out information is really simple and quick. I haven’t gotten my passport for my child yet but if it works itll be excellent!

The entry form seems glitchy. Some fields it would not let you enter all the letters and you had to come back to that field later when further screens would keep error declining your ability to move on. Also the credit card payment screen declined several very current and valid credit cards. I found one that finally ran. Not sure why that was.
