This is a fraud website. They are not renewing your passport for $160 all they are doing is filling out the application (which you can do for free) and they you pay $160 AGAIN at passport office. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

Not a real passport company. Charges $180 for paperwork you get for free at a post office. Made to believe you're purchasing a passport. When you get in contact with the company they refuse to call you, told me they would actively fight the charge back on my bank. Incredibly worrisome that they collect personal information on people with no proof of how it's being used. Only sends AI email responses and when you ask for someone to call they "closed case". Save yourself the time, headache, and money. This "company" is a scam

DON'T BE A SUCKER LIKE ME. I thought I was getting the whole process done online and it was going to be easy. Pay the money and then I'm done. I. Was. Wrong. Here's what happened: I got a FedEx envelope with the paperwork (that you can get for free) they said "hey, here is the process and make sure to pay $x." Red flags went up when I saw I still needed to pay even though I already paid. This is a scam. Don't give them your information or your money. Now I need to do extra to lock down my information so my identity doesn't get stolen.
