Great service

Very prompt service. Most other sellers had the item I purchased on back order. USA Equipment Direct had it in stock and ready to go.

The online ordering process was easy! However, I made a mistake on the shipping and their customer service representative was helpful in correcting my error. My order arrived promptly and in good order. So, I can only give the company "high" marks!

I was looking for an uncommon item. They had it. It shipped immediately and saved my project. My most humble thanks

The grease trap I ordered was perfect. Everything went perfectly and I received it in 3 days. Couldn't be any happier.

I order a cook top form your company need it really bad but here it is 8 days since I ordered it and I have not even gotten an email with a shipping date or any information. I called yesterday and was told by the gentlemen he would check into it and email me the information. Never heard from anyone. Kelli Spring KFC Shiprock
