USACEA and Rev Solar have failed to uphold their part of the agreement. From installing the wrong parts, failing to file permits in a timely manner, and now to never return to the array and actually make sure its working. They have effectively stolen both my time and money. They refuse to return calls, all their listed numbers are disconnected or non-responsive. Abhorrent behavior towards consumers. This company and any affiliate company is a scam. They'll leave you 60000, yes SIXTY THOUSAND, on a loan and the product will never work and they will never return. Our system was installed December 7th 2023, it still has not had final inspection or turned on. I have attempted to contact Revolution Solar 30 plus times with no call back. Do not trust "USA Clean Energy Association" or "Revolution Solar". They refuse to pay employees and once the employee resigns, they refuse to pay for the time worked. If they are actively doing this against the employees who tried to give them a good name, how do you think they'll treat customers? Stay away and go somewhere reputable for solar.

Revolution Solar told me to call them with a reply back from my first review on Trust Pilot. I have called several times with no response. So I spent 70,000 and still haven’t received a callback. I just can’t believe a company that claims they are proud partners with the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs can operate like this.

Was promised MANY things including reimbursement for payments, still havent seen a dime. Panels are still not turned on even though they were installed on July 27th 2023. Breach of contract. We have had our system installed for 3 months and we have 22 panels total. On our system we have 10 panels that do not work. I have tried to contact Revolution Solar by phone, email and trying to call and text the representative that was assigned to us with no response. I was promised a $1000 incentive to have a sign put in our yard for their advertisement and have not received a dime. It seems like once Revolution gets their money for the panels they disappear if you have issues. These panels are supposed to have a 25 year warranty. Now we can’t even get someone to return a call or email to get them fixed. I would join in a class action lawsuit or get an attorney myself if I have to. I should not have to pay for something that they say is high quality and doesn’t work or even save us any money on our electric bill. After this experience I don’t even want to give them 1 star. I would suggest if your interested in Solar you go with a company that backs their product and has good customer service. Joseph O’Keefe is living the High life on our money while not fixing the things that need to be fixed.

It’s been over two months since I had the system installed and I’m still waiting for your company to turn in the paperwork to my utility company. You have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid for the system in full and you have defrauded me and my wife of over twenty seven thousand dollars. You people should be arrested for your lies and crimes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They tried to rip me off by not letting me read contract or letting me know you only have 3 days to cancel They said I could cancel any time then they couldn't show up when they said they were going to be there I tried to call now one answered I canceled any they tried to charge me anyway and they didn't do anything for me
