I saw this on a YouTube review by HeyyyEverbody. When the order was shipped through Amazon, Amazon put my shipping label on the wrong box and I received something that I didn’t order. I contacted Breo by email and received a response within two hours. Customer service was great and worked with Amazon to get me the right product, replacement was very timely! I did have an issue with my first delivery and appeared to be used. Like it was a returned product. I got a hold of customer service. They ended up having me new ones shipped within a couple days and they told me to keep the old one and donated or do what I want with it, customer service was amazing
