SABNEO™ USReviews of us-sabneo.com

I had absolutely no problems with the whole experience. The delivery was 2 days late but i ordered it during the holidays so its understandable. The saber itself is pretty much what i expected, great quality, great sound. Altough i havent tried dueling with it, it seems pretty solid. Thanks for the great experience SABNEO!

Total scam. It’s been over 2 weeks with no package in sight. No accurate tracking info. Horrible customer service that is utterly unhelpful. They offer no solutions to get the product to you and they send screen shots of the provided tracking number showing it’s location but if you use the same number in the same site to check yourself it shows as an invalid number. Scam, scam, scam. Don’t throw away your money.

Disgusting company, won't reply to my emails, I perchased 2 v8 sabours, after a short time they wouldn't charge. They sent me replacement parts not new sabours and after around a month they both won't charge, got new batteries no joy so they have all had the same problem. I have lifetime warranty but now they won't even reply to my emails. Thanks for stealing from my children you assholes.

Horrible company to deal with. DO NOT purchase anything from them. Don't believe a word that is on any of their websites (they have several, .com / co.uk / .au / .fr / .de... etc). None of these businesses are registered companies and they hide all this from you. The sabers are on a CONSTANT sale. IF the items do turn up and you want to return them, you will then end up in a constant battle to a) get someone to respond, b) give you correct details on where to return them to & c) most likely have to return them to another country meaning expensive shipping, extra insurance & import/export duties to pay! You WON'T get that money back, even though they say you will! They are hoping you'll just give up and put it all down to a loss.

Having purchased both a V7 RBG and V8 Pixel I’ve had a mixed experience. While the V8 hasn’t had a problem despite not meeting expectations, the V7 I received was a poor quality lightsaber that upon receiving has had problems (failure to charge & abruptly switches off intermittently). When I reached out to customer service they initially seemed open to hearing but once I reported that the issue has persisted they have refused to answer my request for a replacement for a product that was sent out faulty and they’ve been made aware of twice by me. The parcel it arrived in was also quite roughed up / damaged which suggests that there was little care during the shipping. Alongside this there was an unexpected international fee that nowhere on their website was mentioned. For what Sabneo promises, the lightsaber fails to meet these standards and expectations. I would not recommend purchasing from this company and have since realised that there appears to be two different customer services that based on other reviews can change dramatically how customers are treated. (EDIT 11/01/25) After having written this review and continued back and forth emails, Sabneo’s customer service team have taken the initiative and sent out a replacement saber. As of yet I have not received it but they’ve given their word and I’m inclined to hold out hope that they’ll come through as despite the rocky communication they appear to have some face value if you persist. (EDIT 18/01/25) Since my last edit Sabneo has sent out a replacement part that had arrived today and yielded positive results. Customer service recognised that it was a faulty circuit board and sent out a new one free of charge however despite being grateful I am a little frustrated that they neglected to send instructions (they had both my Facebook and email accounts which they could have sent instructions through alongside a hard copy but I failed to receive any). I still stand by my initial recommendation to not purchase from this company but thought it best to say that if you're in a situation like I was there is a chance to rectify a faulty product.

I'm only giving one star because zero stars are not an option. The level of false advertisement they're getting away with is unreal. I bought a replacement v8 soundboard because the original arrived not working. It could not charge. They sentme the most incompatible board I've ever seen. It doesn't fit the handle at all. I reached out to customer serviceand they asked for photos, which I promptly sent. That was the last I heard from them. Their website promises customer service responses within 24 hours. That is a lie and false advertisement. I paid $60 for a soundboard I did not receive, and they refuse to pay me back. That is nothing short of theft.

They never posted my order, no reply when I enquired about the status of my order. Scam site
