Hi Brandon, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re sorry to hear the experience felt frustrating, and we understand how important it is to receive the correct medication and timely communication. To clarify the situation for anyone reading, your original order was for Super Trimix, which is why the same medication was dispensed again. The physicians’ network requires patients to try standard Quadmix before Super Quadmix due to the added ingredient Atropine, so they were unable to prescribe the stronger version immediately. This prescribing requirement comes from the physicians, and we are not able to override their safety protocols. Once you reached back out, our team responded, escalated your unanswered questions to the physicians, and worked with you to resolve the issue. We provided a 20% refund on your Quadmix order and arranged ½‑inch syringes to help with dosing concerns. You let us know you appreciated the gesture and wanted to move forward. We agree your questions should have been addressed sooner, and we’ve already raised that with the physicians’ network. If you need any support with your current prescription or future orders, we’re here to help. UPDATED - Hi Brandon, thank you for updating your review and for recognizing the support and partial refund our team provided. We’re glad we were able to assist once you reached back out, and we appreciate you noting the positive customer service experience.

Thank you so much for the 5‑star review! We’re glad to hear your experience has been great so far and that you find the pricing fair. It’s excellent that you’re following your doctor’s guidance closely — that’s always the best way to get consistent results. Trimix can be very effective, and starting with a lower dose while you learn how your body responds is a smart approach. We’re also happy our team has been able to answer your questions along the way. If anything else comes up, we’re always here to help. Thanks again for choosing UrWay Health!

Hi Gene, thank you for sharing your experience — we’re truly sorry to hear the medication didn’t give you the results you were hoping for. From the moment you reached out, our team stayed in close contact with you and worked hard to troubleshoot what might be going on. We walked through your dosing, asked about your previous concentration, explained how formulations can differ between pharmacies, and even reviewed the shipping conditions to make sure nothing was compromised. When it still wasn’t giving you the response you expected, we offered stronger alternatives like Super Trimix and Quadmix, and even looked into ways we could help with cost if you wanted to try a different option. We completely understand how disappointing it is when a treatment you’ve had success with before doesn’t perform the same way. Unfortunately, because the medication was shipped and used, the pharmacy isn’t able to provide refunds or single‑use samples — those aren’t allowed for this type of prescription. But that doesn’t change the fact that we genuinely wanted to help you find something that worked. We appreciate you giving us a chance, and we’re always here if you decide to explore a stronger formulation or need support with anything else going forward. Please feel free to reach out anytime — our team is happy to help in any way we can.

Thank you, Barbie — we truly appreciate your 5‑star review and your honesty. We work hard to keep our pricing as competitive as possible while maintaining verified medication quality, fast shipping, and reliable customer support. That said, we never want cost to be the reason you feel you need to switch. If you’re seeing lower prices elsewhere, please reach out to our team. We’re always willing to review options, help compare safely, and see what we can do to keep you with us. Your trust means a lot, and we’d love the chance to continue supporting you.
