Charles, we take damaged shipments seriously, which is why we began working on a resolution immediately after you reported the issue. You notified us of the damaged vial on October 15. We requested photos to verify the damage, and once those photos were received, approval for a replacement was obtained the very next day, October 16. Unfortunately, before the replacement could be shipped, a charge dispute was filed with your payment provider. When a dispute is active, we are unable to process a replacement shipment because doing so could result in both a refund and replacement product being issued for the same order. During our communications, you advised that the dispute had been removed. We checked and found that the dispute was still active. When we requested that the dispute be officially withdrawn so we could release the approved replacement, this review was posted instead. We respectfully disagree with the statement that there was "no response for almost two weeks." Our records show ongoing communication regarding the verification process, replacement approval, and the active dispute status. We have remained willing to honor the approved replacement and continue to do so once the payment dispute is properly resolved. We have acted in good faith throughout this process and stand behind both our products and our customers.
