Bilt Labs and Laura M. In a day and age where customer service seems to have been commercialize scripted not so with Bilt Labs Incredible customer service after I sent my insoles in the turnaround was less than a week. I have a foot condition that requires arches and good support. I work construction so I'm on my feet a lot. This is my third set and I will continue to do business with this company. Outstanding!

They took a little while to ship. But they're worth it I've got large feet (15) and have never been able to find an insole that helped my feet. I work construction and they seem to hold up I just bought my second pair about 2 years later and the only thing I wish was that they had a working category cause I'm not just either casual or active is quite the same but I go with active until then

This is my second set of orthotics from Bilt. The first pair were quite durable. I've had custom orthotics through my podiatrist. These are quite similar, both in terms of fitment and durability. The primary difference? Cost. Bilt orthotics are a fraction of the cost of the prior sets I've gotten through my podiatrist, even with insurance. Highly unlikely I will ever go to my podiatrist for orthotics again.

One of the best companies I have ever worked with in terms of customer service. Always a quick response time and very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I had to have several adjustments made to my orthotics, but they kept in touch every step of the way. No cost to me for postage. In the end, they did not work out for my feet and I received a speedy refund on the entire amount of my purchase. I highly recommend this company.

After less than a year. I had my Bilt Labs custom orthotics for under a year and my feet began to hurt a great deal. I had expected them to last longer than this. However, after contacting Bilt and explaining my experience they offered to refinish the top portion of the orthotics. I thought at least the customer service was good. However, after receiving the orthotics I noticed that they appeared to be the same as when I sent them. And after walking in them for a very short time my feet were and are very painful again. I'm really quite disappointed. I'm going back to the orthotics I had previously.
