My experience with Luara from Bilt Labs was amazing. She was patient and very knowledgeable. I had a hundred questions, and she answered all of them without trying to sell me anything but gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. The insoles fit perfect I have very little knee pain after wearing them. I'm 65 still work part time and walk an average 29 miles a week. Well worth the money for sure. Laura was great when I needed a copy of the invoice. Thank you
