I've made a few purchases now at UrbanGirl and love the fast shipping, their selections are great and I adore the notes I get from Dyan! I may or may not buy something just to get an awesome thank you note. They truly make my day :) Thanks UrbanGirl!

Loved the items I received from UrbanGirl Office Supply! All the items were sent nicely packaged for safe shipping, along with a nice card from the owner! Smooth transaction and wonderful merchandise!!! Will definitely shop here again!

I had a huge new cubicle at my new job and was looking to decorate. Not only do I love the shiny folders from my original order, but the handwritten note and coupon that came with my first order blew me away. Then when I went back to order more absolutely fabulous supplies and my coupon code didn't go through, I got oodles of personal attention and the coupon code was retroactively applied promptly. And I got another handwritten note with my second order! I wish all online shopping experiences were this pleasant, easy, fast, and personal. Will be coming back for more!

A company like Urban Girl is what we have needed for a long, long time. In my opinion office work can be extremely repetitive, and just plain boring and monotonous. I retired from a job of paperwork using the same pale vanilla colored folders, the same yellow or "put my eyes out neon" sticky notes and the same cheap pens every day, year after year. I retired to the same thing at home - boring office supplies! Then I found Urban Girl on the web and got excited all over again. The various folders I bought are stunning and unique in a beautiful way. Lacy looking folders, part shiny foil folders and oh I could go on and on describing them. And now I see the Girl has sticky notes in a pretty pink, soft mossy green, and luscious lavender. And the best thing of all, this business is owned by a woman who cares! If you aren't happy she isn't happy, and she wants to know why. My order was a beautiful experience to receive! Keep up the terrific work Urban Girl!

Excellent customer service and very low prices. I was very impressed with the low shipping cost and how quickly my order arrived. I ordered 55 3-ring binders and the order arrived correct and undamaged. Highly satisfied customer!
