The products are really nice and I was happy with my purchase except for the fact that my Bigso box lid came broken. BUT...I spoke with Urban Girl's Customer Service Representative who was very helpful and willing to resolve the issue.

The products are fun but I have not received my order yet. Beyond my initial email I have not received any notice that my product has shipped. This survey is the only email I have received since ordering.

My binders came in a timely manner. One was in great condition but the other was damaged. I'm so upset. They are so cute.

The Kate Spade New York Tackle Box I ordered was not packaged properly so the top of the case was cracked when I received it.

I ordered the legal pads on 7/24, but they weren't mailed until 7/31, and I just received them by Priority Mail yesterday. I could have ordered the same legal pads from Walmart and picked them up from the store the next day. Don't know that I will place another order.

I received the beautiful file folders yesterday. They are so pretty, but they came extremely bent up. All of them. I wish they would have been shipped in a sturdier envelope.

I ordered my items with 2 day shipping on a Monday. I didn't receive my items until Thursday. When I inquired I was told that because I placed my order at 12:24 instead of 12:00 they sent it 3 day to "save themselves a couple bucks". They said if I didn't get my items after 3 days they would consider a partial shipping refund if I called back. I did get my items so I didn't contact them. I understand shipping times but I think they could have accommodated the 2 day shipping and provided really good customer service. Instead they saved themselves a couple bucks and did not pass the savings onto the customer that paid for 2 day when they were aware that shipping commitment wouldn't be delivered.

I ordered two Kate Spade File folders (gold polka dots and stripes) as well as the acrylic dividers by Kantec. I converted a bedroom into an office and was super excited to add these items to my desk, however, when I got them in the mail...I was a little disappointed. Now, the dividers were in good shape as well as the gold striped file folders, but the gold polka dot folders were BENT and CREASED along the tabs. This marring was on ALL of the gold polka dot folders. I take care of my items so this wouldn't happen under my ownership, but this is how they arrived. I don't know if whoever picked them from the warehouse picked a bad bag or it was damaged in transit, but I'm VERY disappointed to have paid for something I would've passed up had I seen them at a store. I'd at least request a discount for the damage, but rather than dealing with the extra hassle of shipping it back (which I'm sure I'd have to pay for) and request a replacement...I'm just keeping it and trying not to get my perfectionistic/OCD tendencies get to me as I tuck them behind the striped folders. So, had the gold polka dot folders come in just as great quality as the stripes I'd have given five stars, but because it's irreparably damaged...3 stars :(
