I got a great price on the items I ordered. They were also shipped the very next day & when I received my package, there was a sweet, handwritten note thanking me for my purchase. Who doesn't want to support a business with such a wonderful, grateful attitude? Definitely ordering from them again.

I was ecstatic to receive my order! Everything was perfect! In fact, the Kate Spade items I ordered were even better than I had hoped! Thanks, too, for the handwritten note thanking me for the order. Wow! What amazing customer service! I smiled when I read the note and am soooo looking forward to ordering again soon. Thanks for making my first experience with Urban Girl a fantastic one!

I can’t even tell you how INCREDIBLE UrbanGirl is… I mean I have a gold Kate Spade stapler on my desk. Enough said. I’m thrilled with my purchases as well as the ease it took to order online. Delivery was quick too, which is always a plus when dealing with office supplies.
