I would 100% use UrbanGirl Office Supply over any other office supply chain. Their prices are reasonable and their selection is very unique. The personal touches they added to my order were lovely. I would definitely recommend!

I came across the UrbanGirl website while searching for office supplies that were chic and feminine. I've ordered from UrbanGirl twice now, and they have yet to disappoint me. They carry the latest brands, and their shipping cost is beyond reasonable! My orders always reflect the image on the website and are received in a timely fashion.

This company is great! After shopping at several online stores, to decorate my office, I find that UrbanGirl beats all of them with prices & shipping! I will use them again for sure...

I ordered my items with 2 day shipping on a Monday. I didn't receive my items until Thursday. When I inquired I was told that because I placed my order at 12:24 instead of 12:00 they sent it 3 day to "save themselves a couple bucks". They said if I didn't get my items after 3 days they would consider a partial shipping refund if I called back. I did get my items so I didn't contact them. I understand shipping times but I think they could have accommodated the 2 day shipping and provided really good customer service. Instead they saved themselves a couple bucks and did not pass the savings onto the customer that paid for 2 day when they were aware that shipping commitment wouldn't be delivered.

Hey Amy, I'm sorry you were unhappy. I'm refunding you $10 for the extra shipping because I want us to pass on any savings we can and am sorry you didn't receive your item sooner. We have adjusted how our warehouse handles 2-day and 3-day shipping orders to try and get them out faster to make sure our customers get them by the time they need them. Thanks for your purchase and your comments. UrbanGirl
I have recently made a purchase, for the first time, with UrbanGirl Office Supply. The online experience was wonderful and my order was delivered in a timely manner. The products were as shown on their website, and I will certainly place more orders with this company in the future.

UrbanGirl Office Supply has great products and even better customer service! They had exactly what I was looking for, I received my items quickly, and even received a nice, personal note and coupon in my shipment. I will definitely be coming back to their website in the future when I want to order any cute supplies to add to my desk at work :) My desk is so much homier now thanks to UrbanGirl!
