Great company to deal with. I knew I wanted an electric moped and when I called they took the time to explain to me the best bike for me and the accessories I needed as well as the ones that I didn’t. My moped was delivered safely by a lovely driver and again the time was taken to explain everything. I will definitely be using them again when I want to get that uplift from 50cc! Thank you UrbanEBikes for a very good buying experience

The excitement of receiving my Cheetah Ebike was making my day very long. The moment Fedex showed up with that long well packaged box I found myself like a kid with his first large toy. I ride my bike 20 miles a day, from home to work every day. The excitement 4 weeks after receiving this bike still has me well within its grip. Chris at Urban E-Bikes has been very communicative via Email every step of the way. Fast response to questions, Great customer Services. I received the last few items for my bike yesterday and Like a kid I rushed home to place everything on my bike. Finders, Light protective cover, Rack for my Saddle bags... To say I am impressed with Urban E-Bikes is an understatement.
