Uptown logo designReviews of uptownlogodesign.com

I cannot fault the service I received. My logo concepts were turned around within a day and there was no problem with me wanting to make changes to it, these were also turned around in a day. The logo looks amazing, I couldn't be happier with it, especially considering the really low price. When I am ready to have a custom website designed I will definitely be back

I’ve always had second thoughts about online companies based on my past experiences I’ve had with hiring a logo company. Results were crappy and I had to have the logo re-done by other companies. Uptown was suggested to me by a friend of mine, who is a success in the automotive industry, after putting my faith in him I gave Uptown a chance. After dealing with them and observing their professionalism, I was compelled to change my mind about online businesses, not all of them are crap. Uptown Logo Design comes highly recommended.

Outstanding Job I have had nothing but GREAT client service. I have no reservations about recommending Uptown Logo Design to other nonprofits in my community. Their pricing is reasonable and their associates are always professional. You can expect great service with great quality designs.

I must appreciate the professional and streamlined mechanism that their team has set up to provide their design services. The account managers have a systematic approach and are very communicative and open to questions and queries. Beginning from the start of the proposal that I received that covered the scope, the portfolio and deliverables of the app project the process has been very formally documented professionally. The scope of work had few points missing though that I wanted incorporated in the app design. However, when I shared my concern with their team, they re-processed the proposal to add the additional features. They clearly provided me with a clear breakdown and summary of all charges that would be required to complete the project. They also provided a complete timeline for the entire project which of course was a little longer than I hoped for, however the work that had to be done was considerably more than I initially assumed, so thumbs up to that on their part. I like doing my stuff systematically and methodically and I am glad that I chose to work with them. Their team really has some good tech people on it who know their way around.

“They took ownership of the project and made sure it was a success.” I had to get my logo and website launched and came across Uptown Logo Design. The guided me step by step as to how I should get my logo designed and what kind of website would suit my industry. Pros: Great communication Good support Excellent concepts Very decent pricing Timely delivery Cons: They can improve a bit on their turnaround time frames or at the least inform in advance that a project needs some more time. Otherwise, satisfactory.

Exceptional work done by this team. I was short on time and had to complete a job before I could present it to my manager. After trying other companies I had wasted a lot of time however the team here helped me and delivered at the right moment. Nick was my assigned dedicated account manager who helped me throughout the process and I’m amazed as to how he pulled it off. I’m not an easy guy but they proved themselves with quality work and in such a short time! There were some delays but I understand that any busy company would be tackling such issues in a decent manner and they did just that. Will definitely use them again if and when I have to.

Company is the biggest SCAM ever. Slow turnaround times and the logos that they give you are nothing like what you request. They are simply here to take your money and have no interest in giving you usable logo. When I asked for my money back all I got was the run around. Take you money and find a real company to do your logo design because this company is joke!

I was supposed to get 5 logo concepts within 24 hours. 2 days later, I got 2 concepts that looked nothing like the style I described. I waited another day for the remaining 3, hoping they would be better. When nothing showed up, I asked where they were. I was told I needed to comment on the ones given so that they could make sure the remaining logos were what I want. I did. I waited an additional 3 days and finally complained again. Immediately 3 more logos were uploaded. None of them at all looked like what I described. And all 5 logos were extremely similar. I paid for 5 different concepts. I was sent 5 different versions of the basically the same concept. All of which looked thrown together and were not as good as logos that I created myself on a free design program. Very disappointed. I was told that they would upload an additional logo, so please give them another chance. I waited. They said the logo would be uploaded that day within 5 hours. I waited 7 hours, no logo, so i asked for my money back Customer service was rude when I requested a refund. Was first told 15-20 business days, then 5-8, then 7-9. I am now waiting for their finance department to "approve" my refund, even though there is a money back guarantee. Hoping they do the right thing and give me my money back so I can avoid having to file a fraud claim with my bank. Don't use this company. The stuff they sent me looked nothing like the fancy logos in their website portfolio. I created more innovative designs on a free design program on my laptop. UPDATE: They refunded my money very quickly, after several phone calls of complaints. Thrilled I got my money back, but, seriously, the logos you will get will not at all look like the one of a kind sample logos on their website.
