Terrible experience, artwork provided was mostly clipart that looked as if it had been done in mspaint, designers failed to listen to feedback provided even after providing concept sketches. They were so fast in submitting samples, it was obvious that little time had been spent working on the design. Most were of a single color or cheap low quality designs.

Last December, with the annual board meeting coming up, financial statements needed to go into print. And with the report covers needed to be designed. There was just a shortage on time and so much to still get done that I forgot to forward the requirements to the design vendor. This was realized by the department head, who then asked me to get in touch with Uptown Logo Design and place a branding order. I was so glad to have found these people. I told them the moment they talked to me about the urgency and Barry, the guy who handled my account. He quickly set up my account on the designs and sent a brief form over which I filled in with my supervisor. Within a day I had initial samples to choose from. Once I had made the selection the print ready files were sent over with clear instructions on what to send over to the print team. Long story short, the meeting went perfectly and we had year-end reports ready with perfection.

Recently worked with the team at Uptown Logo Design and I am so excited with my logo design and stationery. From the first contact with Kevin to the regular updates by Nick, everything was smooth and tidy. I literally have only been giving insights on the designs and the team has been wowing me thing past week. I am very glad that I settled with Uptown Logo Design for my logo designing task. And why wouldn’t I, they provided the most cost-effective quote which I just couldn’t say no to. I was in need of a logo for a Karate Dojo I was planning to open. I had no idea where to start and began my search on google. Now I looked and inquired on places like fiverr and upwork but I decided that the risk of hiring a freelancer wasn't going to cut it for this job. Not to mention the cost for multiple design concepts were usually more expensive from a freelancer. I stumbled upon Uptown logo design and decided to check them out. I prompted by a customer service agent, his name was Kevin, and we began to discuss my needs for my business. We narrowed down I needed a custom package that was suitable for my needs. Throughout this process, Kevin was knowledgeable and prepared the with right questions to ask that helped get things rolling on the design in. Over the next couple of days, I spoke with 2 other customer service agents and they were nothing but helpful when submitting revisions and completing revisions. They were very clear and didn't beat around the bush when offering other products. Overall my logo design was complete and it was better than I had imagined. From start to finish, to the customer service to the design team, this company is top notch and knows what they are doing. I would recommend this company to anyone who is trying to get their business started.

I only needed a logo. The logo they came up with was better than I could have imagined. It’s really great artwork and perfect for my business. Since they did such a good job on logo I am having them do the 3 page web design. I will post again after my web site is done as I’m anxious for it to be done quickly and can see past reviews have been concerned about that. One of the guys there had me communicate with him via an app that eased communication and he managed the logo timeline really well for me, 6/12/19. Update: I paid them back in April for a 4-page web site and hosting with a 30-day delivery date guarantee. They have not replied to my email or "Whatssup" requests for communication. When I finally reached them 4 days ago they promised me something within 48 hours. They don't answer my calls, requests to connect online or my emails. -Then they tried to charge me extra for putting in smart search terms into the website. BAD BAD SERVICE. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND. They are overseas and there is likely no recourse for people like me.
