Customer service was quick to hear my problem. Message was, I am receiving a new coffee table top. But now have not heard. No idea when or if there is a follow through? I trust they are working on the solution.

Delayed in sending, lied about someone calling me back. Then apologized after a month of no contact for "techncal issue." Items arrived DAMAGED and have now asked me to Oil them with my hands to fix it. RIDICULOUS and the worst customer service ever.

UPP Home is in a class by itself Not only was the table we ordered exquisitely made and beautiful to look at, their customer service was exceedingly polite and helpful, and they took great care in packaging the table. They are an exceptional company.

The staff was pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were very patient in answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. They provided a sample of our custom-designed epoxy countertop and even brought a custom-finished project to our home at no additional cost so we could see exactly what the final product would look like. Their goal was to make sure we were completely satisfied before moving forward, which we truly appreciated. The finished countertop was spectacular and matched the sample perfectly. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail was remarkable. We are extremely happy with the results and will definitely use their services again for future projects. We highly recommend them to friends and family. Their customer service and workmanship went above and beyond our expectations.

Our table is absolutely gorgeous! The flawless finish, paired with all the nuances of the natural wood, resin and overall craftsmanship, it's truly stunning. Almost too nice for me to sit and eat at - having to take a few days to just stand back and admire it. Team representatives stayed in contact after the table was built to ensure our satisfaction prior to shipping. Hats off to the UPP Home Team - job well done.
