United Power GroupReviews of upg.energy

For the first time in 20 years with this company I was a month late and they shut my power off. Did not receive a notice, then I had to pay a $300 deposit that they will hold onto you for a year. Had to drive to their office because I could not get a hold of anybody in customer service. They may be a member owned company but they do not give a hoot about their members

These people and not only very experienced but also professional and cordial

Terina Alexander is what made my experience so great. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and patient. She assisted me with every question i had without fail-thanks so much Terina!!!

M.T. helped my business save money. Great to work with to get the best rate.

Bad company leads to a bad experience; not recommended.

UPG has been so great to work with! Ian has been the biggest help! He answers all my emails and calls quickly and is so pleasant. We signed up three accounts through them and they get us the best price as well

Had Zeth Rodriguez help me out. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future! Highly reccomend.

I wanted to mention the wonderful experience I had with a particular employee, Brooke Smith. She was so helpful and answered all my questions!
