Company as a service a d knowledge is just wonderful. CUSTOMER SERVICE? Horrible when a tech talks to you like you are stupid. There is a reason in seeking g there services. When you don't understand something you hire a company to do it for you. However, when a tech expects you know what he is saying and talks to you like a child then all you want is a refund in hope of taking your business elsewhere. Although I got my issues resolved it took a second tech to calm the beast of another. What business uses their customers as a place to let off steam? I would seek services elsewhere should I encounter this issue again.
