Unfortunately my experience was entirely disappointing. I paid to have an old Samsung phone I recently found, unlocked via a network unlock code. The UK-based companies I found seemed somewhat... unprofessional in their conduct, so I took a chance on this US company, encouraged by their excpetional reviews. I purchased a service claiming delivery of the code in 1-4 business days. On the fifth day, I emailed UnlockerPlus support asking for a revised delivery estimate. Having heard nothing a week later, I emailed again. All I got was "Your order is Processing" with no indication of how long it might take. I asked again "when can I expect the code?". Another week of silence later I emailed again, asking whether I could ever expect the service to be provided, or whether I should request a refund. A couple of days later, with no explanation, I got an automated "We have refunded your order". I found nothing redeeming about this company's conduct. If you are from the UK and/or trying to get an old (mine was a 2010 model) phone unlocked, just be prepared for disappointment. Update: Shortly after I posted this review, UnlockerPlus got in touch and provided a detailed explanation of technical issues they faced including two servers failing to process their unlock code request and an email hosting error which prevented an update for my order reaching me. I am willing to take what they say at face value and have increased my review score from 1 to 2 stars.
