I got the middle box a few times and the snacks were okay. It was fun to experience different things. The one thing I do not see anyone talking about is the shipping. If all the stuff is in New Jersey, why does it take almost a month to get to me? I have even ordered out of their "shop" and it still takes almost a month. I get the monthly thing, but when you order out of their shop, which is not monthly, it is ridiculous! Very sad for this and I was hoping to have the snacks before Halloween so I could give them as gifts to a few since social distancing is in place, but they are sadly not going to make it, so the gifts will be different and the other gifts will be late.

I bought Yums to teach my munchkins a bit of geography and global awareness and they are loving the Yums and we love the fun quizzes in the booklets. The random facts are amazing. I have made a few requests to their service department and they are always quick to respond, even with all of this Covid craziness.

Bad service I will take this up with BBB! After I told them I was very upset about them not shipping my order after placing it over a week and some days ago I asked for a refund they instead blocked me on Facebook, tbh I was never planning on buying from them again they use the pandemic as an excuse for their awful slow service! Other companies are still shipping out as usual! Did I say they even blocked me from sending them msgs about my refund I will report them to bbb for my money I don’t want their no good package anymore!!!

Started Yums in 2019, and have absolutely loved it. Love the variety of treats and the absolute enjoyment your staff takes in creating the info booklet...A former teacher, and I love all the "little-known facts" in each one. Also, often surprised by the variety of snack ingredients and the packaging and labeling.

Universal Yums has a great product, but even more importantly has great customer service. Since purchasing a subscription as a gift about a year ago (and, really, even before), they have provided speedy and thoughtful answers to my questions, helping me transition from a failed gift with another subscription service and keeping my account running smoothly. Good customer service is rare these days, and Universal Yums knows how important it is. Keep up the great work!

I love the idea of this more than any other subscription box I've seen! I've already bought year for myself and 6 months for 2 of my friends and we are all just in awe! A culinary journey without leaving your couch! What more could you ask for right now? I did think I had an issue with the stuff I ordered from the Yum shop (you know to tide me over until the next box came) and the customer service department was top notch! I really appreciate it!

I originally purchased this as a gift for my niece and nephew 3 years ago. They've loved it so much that every time it comes up for renewal, they still want it, even saying it's the best gift they've ever gotten. I started getting the Yum Box too so we could unbox together. I've had a few little issues (like needing to change the email address or my accidentally renewing too early), but customer service has always solved my problem in less than a day.

Universal Yums is a good alternative to actual traveling during this year of the pandemic. Each month you receive a treat box from another country. The boxes are well thought out and the tastes unique to the country being highlighted. Customer service is wonderful when questions arise. I am receiving a box as well as gifting three friends this 'travel experience' including one in Australia.
