The sales person was very informative. The installers did a neat and efficient job and cleaned up all the mess.

In an update to my previous review... Now like a few days later they contacted me. They said that I signed the contract and there was nothing they could do. Of course I signed the contract, I wanted the door installed. The contract said "Looking at the contract I see hardware, satin nickel checked with hand set number 4 checked. I also see storm model# 399." Where does either of these tell me what I am actually getting. This does not tell me I am getting the door handle I didn't want or the storm door I didn't want.

The crew worked hard, and windows looked very nice at end of installation, Iwas disappointed with the large gaps there was around the new windows, but while watching them they seemed to do a good job of sealing up any gaps the windows had, overall for now I believe the windows will do the job of keeping warm, and cool air in the home, cosmeticly the windows look much better than the original windows.

Installers Mike & Dan were great… professional and personable. Windows seem like good quality. I’ll follow up in 20 years. Not as thrilled with the office people. Made us postpone a doctors appointment for my wife who is temporarily physically challenged for a while or face a 1% charge per day for install date.
