I order one medication from UDS because it is not available in the United States. my call is always answered promptly. No matter whom I speak to, that person can access my records, confirm the information, review the order and correct address, and payment information. they are very efficient and thorough. I also receive reminder emails. I have always received my medication sooner than expected and have never had any problem.

The medicine never arrived in the first shipping. I am so regretful for use this. Update Review: After 3 months the medicine finally arrived in the second shipping. Preferible late that never.

We found Universal Drugstore when looking for medication for our pet rabbit. They had the meds at approx. 25% of the UK price so seemed a good bet. The first snag is that they only accept American Express cards for overseas payments, so we had to organise a wire transfer from our bank which incurred a charge. Then the shipment did not arrive, although we had been promised it would ship from within the UK direct to us. We had to wait for their 6 week delivery window before requesting a new shipment. We received no notification of the new shipment so after a week enquired only to be told that the meds were now unavailable! Result - 2 months of waiting and wasted effort. They are now processing a refund. Update - after 1 year Universal Drugstore have posted a reply asking for details so they can look into the issue!!!
