UNITS® Moving and Portable StorageReviews of unitsstorage.com

Excellent customer service and service overall. I used them to move from California to Colorado and now I’m about to use them again to go from Colorado to North Carolina. Their prices are competitive and the container with its barn doors allows you to pack more than some of the other container movers do. Love the little machine that places the container too. Very handy.

We booked our unit very last minute, so we were especially grateful they had availability to accommodate us. From my first call with Jasmine, she answered all of my questions and immediately eased the stress that inevitably comes with moving. She was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable moving forward with them. We were even able to call last minute to make changes to our supplies with no issues at all, which speaks to how flexible and customer-focused they are. Their pricing was also unmatched—especially compared to other companies like PODS—and the customer service was truly top-notch from start to finish. UNITS is high quality, flexible, affordable, and an all-around amazing company. We will absolutely be recommending them to everyone!

Mike was great and very responsive! Unit was delivered on time, reasonably priced, and picked up in a timely matter. Would recommend them and use them again!

John and Matt were life savers while we had our garage floor resurfaced. Their quote was more than fair and when I needed an additional unit, right before the storm came, they were back out and gave us the professional services you expect. Thank you so much for your help and support ! Wishing you guys much future success! Tim Goetz.

Excellent customer service! They are responsive, flexible, and made our move much less stressful. Their prices are also affordable. I would definitely use them again.

Long distance Units moving service was amazing. I also worked with the Sacramento office and the Phoenix office directly and all had great customer service and responsiveness and showed up on time and called in advanced to confirm all appts. very happy with all services provided.

I spent a lot of time searching for reliable and honest movers because I was worried after reading issues reported, like “hostage” situations or movers doubling the quoted price. After reading many positive reviews across different platforms, I decided to go with UNITS. I used UNITS for my move from Arkansas to New Jersey. Even though the quote was slightly higher because they don’t have an office in Fayetteville, AR, the overall service was professional. Communication was frequent throughout, and the process was handled smoothly. I would love to give them 5 start, but the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of miscommunication. I was told that the container would be picked up after noon, but the driver arrived early in the morning and picked it up without contacting us first. Because of that, some of the items were left behind, and we had to transport them in our car, paying an extra $200 for auto movers. Overall, you could trust UNITS over other movers.

I called everywhere and not only did this local company have the very best prices. They were also the easy to work with and willing to work around my schedule. They dropped off the units exactly as expected when they said they would. I was very pleased.
