THESE 5 STARS ... IS ALL DOWN TO RYAN JACKSON. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL , HELPFUL AND WENT BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. HE WAS VERY CLEAR, PROFICIENT AND THE REST OF THE BOOKING HAS BEEN SMOOTH SAILING AND ON TOP OF THAT, HE TOOK TIME TO SEARCH ME A FLIGHT THAT WAS ON MY BUDGET. RYAN’S CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IS TOP NOTCH, HE WAS DRIVEN, PASSIONATE, HE LISTENS AND WAS VERY CLEAR WITH EXPLAINING EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW AND WAS PATIENTLY. ANSWERING ALL MY QUERIES. Prompt and quick communication from Ryan Jackson. I was surprised when calling to UK number, to hear person from AXA answering the phone in Czech language. Definitely great thing for people who don’t have a good English. So far the best Travel agent I have ever had!

I have been looking for a holiday destination to travel to for the very first time with my spouse. I came across United Traveller as they had some super deals advertising on their site. I enquired and Ryan (one of their agents) responded and sent me a number of quotes for destinations suited to my taste. He provided wonderful service such that he was very helpful and had quick responses.
