Representative Adam is completely unprofessional. Coordinated a pick up date to have delivered by a certain date that I needed. Let me know in the afternoon day of that they couldn’t do it and will try tomorrow. When I expressed my situation and how I would be out of town the next day, I was told “good luck finding someone else to get it on time” and proceeded to harass me with awful and rude texts. Come to find out he had my bid to drivers $800 more than our agreed price.

Roger set it up and got me all the way through my Transport experience. He was there whenever I needed an answer to a question it’s so scary. There’s so many Transport companies and they all sound super sketchy, you can trust this one and roger

Shipping a vehicle can feel overwhelming, but working with Nick at United States Auto Shipping Inc took all the stress out of the equation. From the beginning, Nick was organized, responsive, and honest. He didn't just give me a quote and disappear-he made sure I understood the process, checked in regularly, and was available whenever I had questions. That level of communication gave me total peace of mind. Everything went exactly as discussed. No delays, no damage, and no surprises. Just smooth, dependable service from someone who clearly knows what he's doing. I'm genuinely glad I chose to go through Nick. If you're looking for reliable auto shipping and someone you can actually trust, he's the one to call.
