Used these guys multiple times now and I would never use anyone else in the Orlando area. they are always quick, professional and competent. They always took the time to carefully wrap and protect all of my expensive items, and so far not a single scratch during the moving process. I highly recommend them.

The whole team was extremely professional. The speed and care they showed was top-notch. Called same day and had everything within hours. Will recommend to everyone. 5 stars is too little.

✅✅✅✅✅ thank you, for taking the time out of your day and sharing your experience!
The men were on time, were careful with the furniture & packed in the truck carefully. The unloading was done just as carefully. The positioned everything just right in the new location. They did the job really very well & were finished in the timely way. I was very pleased with their work & will call for them the next time I have things to move.

I had submitted a review that was not favorable. I received a call from the owner of the company and at the conclusion of our conversation I was shown so much respect that I had no choice but to change my review and show him some grace. What he did is certainly not heard of in the millennium but I know that he has a great background. Thank you sir for reaching out to me personally.

i wish I read some of the other reviews before doing business with United American Moving and Storage. they are 100% a scam company. I saw they replied to some of the reviews saying that the reviewer weren’t clients or whatever, so in case that happens here, I definitely am reviewing the correct company and I was an actual client. I’ll lay out my entire experience so hopefully someone doesn’t get scammed in the same way they got me. I was planning a move from Idaho to Tennessee. I made the mistake if filling out something online to get a quote from companies. I was overwhelmed with all the people that reached out. I was getting very expensive quotes and so we decided we will do it ourself. then a guy named J**** from United American moving and Storage left me a voicemail saying they have a truck that is already going to be in Idaho delivering a military guy’s belongings and then the truck would be heading back to Florida. rather than go back empty they could deliver my stuff to Tennessee on the way for a much cheaper price than anyone else. he did the math on what it would cost me to do it myself and then said he would have to check with his supervisor to see if they could do it for around the same price. we went through my entire inventory and he gave me a price that was almost what it would cost for me to rent a uhaul and do it all myself. sounded like a good deal so I took him up on it. then a couple weeks before the move another person from the company, R***, emailed asking for measurement of everything not in a box as well as the total number of boxes. I spent a long time trying to be as accurate and diligent as I could. when I gave the numbers about a week before delivery, she said it was now going to be over twice the price. they said I had more than originally estimated. I don’t know how they were that far off so we negotiated on the price a bit and they were able to bring it down some more. surely since I gave them all my measurements, this would be the accurate final price. they estimated 1400 cubic feet. fast forward to moving day. first, they came the day after the day I requested and the driver said he would be there in the morning but it wasn’t until the afternoon. curious, as they said the truck was already going to be in the area delivering the military guy, but the truck driver said they had come from Seattle. so that was another red flag. they had a 2000 cubic feet truck, so surely enough room for the 1400 cubic feet of stuff that R*** had said I had. nope! truck completely full with about $1000 worth of belongings that would not fit on the truck. I literally had to throw some stuff away and give the rest to my neighbors because we were leaving the next morning and had no other option. and the cost was now almost $9K more than what J**** originally quoted!!! and you don’t know that until everything is loaded up and on the truck. so at this point there is no option. I called, I emailed 3 different people from the company, and to no surprise I received no answers or responses. completely ghosted me and now I was stuck with this crappy moving company that had my stuff and was terrible at communication. I told them that we were closing on my house in 7 days and that would be the first delivery date. they called me 2 days later and said they would be delivering it the next day. I said that’s impossible because I don’t own the house yet. they got mad and said I told them I wanted it delivered right away, which was never said to anyone. there were several other communication issues and it was an all around awful experience. I could keep going but hopefully you get the point by now. Do not, by any means, do business with this company. they are scam artists.

✅✅✅ Dear Mr. Davis, I wanted to address the issues you experienced with our moving company. The reason for the initial communication difficulty is that, due to legal restrictions, we cannot discuss your move with anyone who is not listed on the contract. This policy is in place to protect your privacy. Regarding your estimate, we provide a binding estimate based on the inventory you supply. When you signed up, we discussed how the estimate works: it includes all labor and packing, as well as the cost for any boxes you provide. We rely on the accuracy of the inventory you provide, and it’s crucial to be as honest and precise as possible. When the box count increased significantly and additional furniture was added, this naturally led to an increase in your final price, which aligns with the terms agreed upon in your contract. We emphasize the importance of an accurate inventory to prevent surprises on moving day. On the day of your move, I understand that additional items caused the truck to be filled beyond expectations. While we do allow for some flexibility, the nature of loading can resemble a game of Tetris, and not everything fits perfectly. However, the increase in your final bill is a result of the additional items and not an arbitrary charge. Your total move cost was $7,980, and while there were additional charges, they did not amount to an extra $9,000. Regarding delivery, you indicated that you wanted your belongings delivered as soon as possible. However, when our team arrived, you mentioned that your house was not ready. With the truck loaded, our options were limited. We offered the choice to either deliver right away or place your items in storage, which you could access later. Our goal was to accommodate your request for prompt delivery, as you mentioned that you didn’t want your belongings left in storage longer than necessary. It’s also important to note that your contract specified ASAP delivery as the first available date. When you signed, you indicated that you wanted your items delivered quickly, and that commitment was documented. In conclusion, while there were additional charges due to the circumstances of your move, these charges are justified. We are a moving brokerage, and our carrier successfully managed both your pickup and delivery. If you’d like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to call us at the provided phone number. Thank you for your understanding.
I wonder how many of these reviews are actual experience vs fake to balance out the negative. This moving company has an appallingly bad BBB review and after I initially contacted them I did a little research and I think I dodged a serious bullet. Whatever you do, do not give them your cell phone number, I am still being spammed almost daily even though I keep reporting the number as spam. Do not just look towards trust pilot, check BBB as well as Yelp. Do your homework, your precious personal items will thank you for it.

Hello, I am the owner and I wanted to reach out to you because it doesn’t seem like you were or are an actual customer of United American moving and storage. There is no name tied to your trust pilot account, also you did not share a job number, or any information for us to even see who you are. But at the end of the day, we did not just get your phone number out of thin air, you put your phone number online and requested a moving quote from Moving companies. so we contacted you it sounds like we must have spoke with you, but for whatever reason we do not follow through and do business. Just to be clear, we are four out of five stars rated on the Better Business Bureau. Also, we do not have a yelp page, I think you are getting us confused with “United American Moving“ they are based out of Pompano Beach, Florida, and they are no longer open. However, of the similarities and name and that we are both based out of Florida. They still come up in our search results so customers all the time get us confused with that company United American moving. At the end of the day, we moved 20/25 families on any given week. We are on six different Review sites not including Yelp, we are no less than a four out of five stars on every single one of those review sites. So before you just go and make assumptions and just like you told the customers to do their homework, we would ask you to do yours Because you were looking up the wrong company. If you truly are a customer or if you have an issue and likely discuss it, please contact us directly 781-607-7167
We all know how stressful moving can be, especially when it's to another state in the middle of winter. With three children, a dog, a cat, a four-bedroom house, and my wife and I both working full-time jobs, this was a particularly stressful time for all of us. After speaking to several different moving companies, my wife and I decided on United American Moving and Storage, although I don't even remember why at this point. These guys were not only very punctual, but their communication was spot on throughout the entire process. From booking to driving and contacting me prior to pick up, the customer service was exceptional. Additionally, they showed up and wrapped everything in moving blankets, finished packing boxes for us, and had extra materials on the truck. They treated our move with care and attention, as if it were their own personal belongings.I highly recommend United American Moving and Storage. Thank you for doing such an amazing job and for coming through for us, especially in the eleventh hour.

I hired these guys last minute to move my family and I after another moving company dropped the ball and didn’t show up. These guys were professional they helped us pack and did most of the tedious work so my wife and I were able to focus on our three children and the pets. I would use these guys in the future and highly recommend them to any one else looking to move. THANK YOU TEAM UNITED AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE
