Replacement piece works perfectly. It’s awesome not to have to replace the entire umbrella!

Great communication - very helpful on the phone and email

Crank that was ordered works great 3rd time using Umbrella specialist and never had any issues

Charles Lilio was terrific. Very helpful

Very good product. I enjoyed 2 of those umbrellas total 4 . Mr Charles Lillo was the best . Thank you.

Item shipped quickly and efficiently, and was exactly as described. High quality product, anticipate many years of use.

I have not received my order and the supposed tracking info provided by Umbrella Specialist did not work. They took my money - $1,000 - and then flaked. I want to know what happened to my order - or I want my money back. [Order #35303] (April 23, 2025)
