– Missed Pickup, Disputed Cancellation Fee, and Threats of Collections Updated: last message I received from Anthony - Mr. Claxton, you need to give me a call, please. Okay? writing me email after email after email is getting you no place, sir. You have a cancellation fee that is due. You could do whatever you like, however you like, but they are going the process of cancellation fee. If they do not get the cancellation fee, they're going to send it to collections. Have a great day. I would not recommend Ultimate Transport 123 based on my experience. On October 2, 2026, I booked vehicle transportation after speaking with Anthony, who assured me that he had his own driver available and that my vehicle would be picked up October 5. The promised pickup did not happen. I subsequently learned from another transportation company that my vehicle had been listed on a transport dispatch board, which raised serious concerns about the representations made to me when booking. I canceled because the pickup commitment was not fulfilled. Instead of resolving my concerns, Anthony demanded a cancellation fee, eventually offering to reduce it to $100. When I disputed the fee in writing, he left voicemails insisting that I call him and threatening to send the charge to collections if I did not pay. The company claims it has 10 days to assign a driver, but that was not how the pickup commitment was represented to me during our telephone conversation. I believe customers should be clearly informed whether pickup dates are guaranteed or estimated, whether a driver has actually been secured, and what cancellation fees apply before agreeing to transportation services. My vehicle was never picked up, and the cancellation fee remains disputed. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. From Anthony a transcribed voicemail : Mr. Claxton, you need to give me a call, please. Okay? writing me email after email after email is getting you no place, sir. Hi Kael, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. According to our records, your order was placed on October 2, 2026, with October 5 as your first available pickup date. As stated in our terms and conditions, Ultimate Transport 123 has up to 10 business days from the first available pickup date to dispatch a driver. Since you canceled on October 9, before the 10-business-day period was completed, the cancellation terms outlined in the agreement applied. However, no cancellation fee was charged. We appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of clear communication regarding pickup timelines and cancellation policies.
