I literally walked in and looked around for an associate and here comes Taber or TJ and he IMMEDIATELY hooked me up with Biolage HYDRAsource ...I told him my scalp was very dry and my hair was very severely damaged and he hooked a girl up...took a shower tonight and used the product and I am sooo happy and after one use! And it was less than $60 sooo worth it in my eyes ❤️#grateful

Sometimes the service is good, other times they do not want anything to do with you. I feel bad asking for help, but the workers sometimes don’t make it any easier by just huddling around each other.

they will refuse to refund any online orders that are over 100$ if you don't receive your package. The proof they provide is the tracking number shows it was "delivered" so therefore you got it and therefore we refuse to give your money back. The package was left at my front door while i was at work but when i got home there was nothing there. ULTA refuses to take responsibility I'm currently fighting with them with BBB, my bank refused to issue a charge back because they ULTA is telling them the same bs "it shows it was delivered so, therefore, it was delivered"

This store is absolutely disgusting in there Help you never get the free gift when you purchase something that involves a free gift the Hayden Cortolane store is absolutely horrific their employees are disgusting and do not know anything they are gone doing gone doing

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been a platinum member for years (must spend $500/year). I made an online purchase for a buy 2 get 2 promotion. My pricing was not correct and when I asked for an adjustment ($7.50 refund) they refused. Nobody would send me to another department as I requested. I verified that they were willing to lose a customer over $7.50 and they said they are just following policy and cannot help me anymore.

This review is for the Arlington store in Virginia I went to DJ in the salon for my color three times. The first time, I asked him to please color my roots and go back again and retouch them, as my hair absorbs the color. He did not do what I asked of him. The gray returned, it was as if the color melted off my roots. The second time, he didn't ask me what I wanted, I assumed he would put on the first color, but he put on a shade darker, which I did not agree to. It was horrible. The third time, I told him never to put on a color on my hair unless he asks me first. He got nasty and I got nasty back and told him before he was born I had my hair done and I am the boss of my hair. He said your not a professional so your experience doesn't count!! I told him to put the first color on and he said no; he said we are doing gold and I said no we are not. Guess what, he put the gold color on, I was so upset. I called the store manager Jessica, what a unprofessional. She didn't listen but started yelling at me that I was abusive to her staff. If you call returning products and Brittany did not explain what she was doing and I had to stop her twice to explain to me how I got the credit, well then I am guilty. Abusive to DJ definitely for sure, as he was abusive, rude and other expletives. DJ is one nasty man. Do yourself a favor and go to another salon, no one should argue with client! Jessica has a big mouth and I cannot understand how she can run a dog pound let alone a beauty supply... she handled me all wrong and I called the corporate office. By the way, there is hardly any business in the Arlington Ulta and now know why. UPDATE 11/23/20 DJ sure doesn't know his products. He told me to use Redken Extreme Recovery shampoo, conditioner and leave-in every three weeks. I decided to call Redken today and they told me I could use these products every time I shampoo my hair. I have been having my color done for 35 years and never encountered any hairdresser as nasty and uninformed as DJ!!

Every time I call Ulta guest services someone in Asia answers the phone and they don't try to resolve your issue and they are very rude. I HARDLY EVER GET AN AMERICAN WHEN I CALL. I guess it's time to get rid of the Ultra credit card and get a Sephora. I've had issues with Ulta before that was not my fault and it's obvious they don't want my money anymore. I have spent hundreds with them in the last two years. Now it's black Friday and I cannot place an order online. GOODBYE ULTA. Look at their reviews. 75% is one star reviews and they do nothing to change it. THAT'S BAD

Customer service was terrible and completely unhelpful. I applied for the credit card to get 20% off my first purchase. It said it would save my new card info for checkout. The card wasn't saved, and the customer service rep said they have nothing to do with anything that goes on on the website. Couldn't give me any information at all. Told me I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get my card.
