I have had mostly good experiences with Uline and their products. However, I purchased the Diamond plate (H-900Y) anti-fatigue mats, which are supposed to also be anti-slip, and the mats are moving across my production floor when packers are stepping onto them. When I contacted customer service, their only suggestion was to purchase a secondary item. Lesson learned.

They need better, less expensive shipping options. They also need to quit charging customers for shipping a 5 lb catalog that wasn’t requested. I didn’t need next-day shipping and I didn’t need a catalog that immediately went into the recycling bin. Unfortunately this was the only place I could find what I needed but shipping was ridiculous.

Uline themselves are great and have excellent products but they use UPS who suck BIG TIME. They have crappy service, are almost never on time, have lost or damaged my packages several times.

Got some stuff from them for my little business.. cheap if you buy their common products but shipping is so expensive. Overall you pay what you get but not the greatest deal. right, please stop sending your catalog!
