UlampsReviews of ulamps.com

It has been well over a week since my order was placed. No shipping info (despite 2-3 days processing), no response to email or chat and a recording when you call customer service. Will I get my products?

I recently wrote a bad review, but the company made it right. Thank you Chany. I can't figure out how to remove the first review.

I recently gave a bad review on this website regarding Ulamps. The company read my complaint and I am satisfied with the outcome. Chany is a hard worker!! A pleasure to work with.

Customer service was very good. The shipment came on time and well communicated. I am satisfied with the material and build quality.

Great customer service

Looks beautiful and elegant in our family room! Customer service was great as well - super responsive when I reached out to find out when this would arrive.

Product was as described and was packed very well in wood crates. At the beginning communication could have been better, but they improved that and I am very happy with everything. Will buy from them again

Great product, the lamps are beautiful. More communication on the order, delivery and shipment would have made the review a 5.
