I have repeatedly asked Ronseal/Sherwin Williams to stop sending me marketing emails, but the spam keeps coming. I never signed up for these emails and have never had any dealings with the company. I believe that this is in breach of their data protection obligations. I have expressly asked them to remove my address from their marketing lists and suppress it to prevent further emails. Despite this, I am still receiving unwanted spam. Terrible organisation

Hey… Sherwin-Williams… Stop re-tinting and reformulating your paints! You’re pissing off everybody that wants to do touchups. Stop trying to fix crap that ain’t broken

I have been a customer for over 30 years. I like the quality of the paint, but you can't reuse it. I bought a can of paint in December 2024. It has been stored indoors in a climate controlled environment. There is rust on the paint. It's not even two years old. Other retailers have switched to plastic cans. That is better for the environment than dumping unusable paint because of rust particles. This morning, after the store knew there was a rust problem, I was sold a dented can of paint. The explanation I was given upon calling the store when I got home was the paint is good even though the can is dented. The dent will accelerate the rusting process. When I called customer service line, the employee said "I understand." There was no explanation or apology. This is a sign that their products are not made to be stored and used again, so unless you plan on never having to touch up your walls, don't buy Sherwin Williams

Recently purchased 5 gallons of paint. Combo of Duration and Emerald line, matte finish. Paint was OK but not any better quality than Behr (Home Depot brand) that we normally use, but certainly lower priced. What really irritated me was that their stir sticks were SO thin that they bent while stirring the paint. I went to Home Depot to get decent ones. And guess what, they're in a box on the counter and you're welcome to take as many as you need, they're not hidden behind the counter as they were in Sherwin-Williams. I'll be shopping at Home Depot for my paint in the future.

Actually the worst paint I have ever used. Emerald line and Duration line both were utter vomit on the walls. You can see the roller streaks, it's not actually matte like I purchased, there is sheen in what is supposed to be a matte product, and even with multiple coats coverage is poor. The quality years ago used to be good but this is ridiculous. A failing company that makes horrible paint now and all they have to market their products is gimmicky names, old reputation and salespeople that play up the quality of the paints to make a sale. I want my money back!

We were trying to match a paint where the previous owner had not left any cans we might use or at least match. Went to the Highland Village and was given a fan deck. I thought they were expensive but the young lady said they had many fan decks and said I could keep it. Went to the store the next day and Kyle mixed up a pint for me. It was a tad dark and needed lightening. Kyle took the pint I brought in and changed it to the Amazing Gray color we were trying to match. I want to emphasize that it was a very hard color to match but I thought Kyle's service was excellent-my wife was pleased with the color match.

Painted with duration and i can now say that it is the worst paint I have ever used. It does not wash well, becomes sticky when washed lightly with a damp cloth and paint is peeling off. It’s important to mention that our painter used Sherwin Williams primer on all our walls prior to painting with Duration and still the paint is peeling off . Terrible paint. Will unfortunately need to repaint. Stick with Benjamin More.

We order from Sherwin and never have had an issue. Todd was are delivery driver today and he was great! Very friendly and put the paint away for me. I hope we can have him as are delivery driver from now on!
