Hidden Costs but great product
Firstly, the glasses are fantastic and I love the design. I may order another pair. However, do be aware when you are choosing that there are hidden and unavoidable charges when ordering. What the advert is telling you e.g. £7 or £15 isn't for the finished product as every pair of glasses attracts a fee (mine was £30 plus) for the lenses. I'm not saying this is expensive, I'm saying that it feels to me that the advert should say so. Standard UK delivery was over £8. Which I feel is expensive. Had I gone for the 2 for 1 deal at another well known opticians, I would have saved myself a lot of time and money.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback and for loving the design of your glasses—we’re thrilled they resonated with you, and we truly appreciate your willingness to consider purchasing another pair. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the pricing structure. Your point about clarifying potential additional costs (like lens fees, which were around £30 for you) alongside our advertised frame prices is incredibly valuable—we’re already reviewing our marketing materials to ensure full transparency so customers can make informed decisions upfront. We also hear your concern about the UK standard delivery fee exceeding £8, and we’ll pass this feedback to our team to evaluate ways to optimize shipping costs for our UK customers. Your honesty helps us improve, and we’d be grateful for the chance to serve you better in the future. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for choosing Zeelool!
