Dear simon: Thank you for contacting us. I apologise for the distress and inconvenience this delay has caused you. Upon verification of your order, we have confirmed that the shipment was dispatched on time via FedEx. However, there appears to be a delivery issue, most likely due to FedEx not being able to contact you to confirm a suitable delivery time. It should be noted that once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company, the subsequent delivery process will be their responsibility. I have re-sent the complete logistics information to your email address, please call FedEx customer service hotline directly and provide the logistics number to inquire and arrange the delivery time. If you experience any difficulty with this process, please contact me at [email protected]. I will follow up immediately to ensure you receive your package as soon as possible. Again, I deeply apologise for this inconvenience. We value your trust and will do our best to resolve this matter. Best regards. Vivi
