Your employes have been great. Now that I need to return my purchase I can't get any help! What should I do? My order #OSUS89262 I have sent pictures and answered all of your questions. Tell what I need to do.

Everything was so good. The support team was understanding and verry helpful and solved our issue. We received a leaf blower that was nothing like the one we ordered and they helped us solve the problem without trying to talk us into keeping this one we received. Very friendly and responded so quickly.

I ordered a vacuum from this company but changed my mind,I requested my order to be cancelled.I contacted customer service who responded very quickly,I gave the reason why I had cancelled , my refund was paid back into my bank account within 2 days .I am extremely impressed with their customer service.

Even though I was really annoyed about the order in general, I really would like to thank you for sorting out this problem for me in a very supportive, convenient and unconventional way. Thanks a lot, I appreciate it.
